We’re excited to be back at Silver Star Mountain for the 29th year of PHSD, with all the inspiring instruction, performances and excitement that brings!
 
A large survey of hundreds of current and past PHSD students told us: “Let’s get back to Silver Star Mountain but also give piping students a way to ZOOM in if they can’t make it to the mountain this year.”
 
 The Penticton Scottish Festival is July 2nd and is a great way to kick off your PHSD experience.
